Most of our investments are sourced from our partnerships with various financial organizations, from senior managers within our portfolio companies, and from our network within the Internet industry. The best way to approach us is to be referred by someone who knows our team and our investment criteria. Upon receiving a business plan, we require 2-3 weeks to conduct a preliminary evaluation. If we decide to proceed, we then request a 90-minute in-person meeting at one of our scheduled investment day events, held bi-monthly in Washington, DC or Irvine, CA. Due diligence, terms, and execution usually require an additional 15-45 days, depending upon the maturity of the venture and our requested role as a partner and investor.
